We ship nationwide in the Philippines

We ship most our items nationwide, with the exception of perishable fresh & frozen food and heavy packages. Shipping fees will be computed based on your location, the weight of your package, and your preferred shipping option (Standard or Same-Day Delivery). 

Standard Couriers

We work with a variety of standard couriers including: Zoom, Fastrack, Jam Express, LBC, JRS, and others. Metro Manila packages are normally delivered within 1-2 days from ship out. Provincial packages can take 2-10 days depending on your location. If you have a concern with your shipment, please let us know and we will coordinate with the responsible courier. 

Same-Day Direct Delivery for Metro Manila

Perishable fresh & frozen food and heavy packages beyond 5 kg may be delivered within Metro Manila via Same-Day Delivery Couriers Lalamove or Grab. The package will be delivered on the same day it's shipped out, not necessarily the day of your order. For baked goods and special items, our partner-producers may need a few days to make these items fresh for you. The direct delivery fee is a flat rate of PHP 200 up to 20 kg for Metro Manila-- just add more products to maximize your delivery!

Tracking

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email or text once your package has been shipped out. Packages can be tracked online as soon as the courier encodes the tracking number on their system. 

Order Processing

All orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed that day and are shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Some items are made fresh in small batches--please allow a few more days for our partner-producers to make these fresh for you! For the holiday season, please allow orders to be delivered within 5 working days for Metro Manila and 7-10 days for the rest of the Philippines.
