Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If you find a product to be damaged or defective, we invite you to return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt of the package at no cost to you. Please email us at hello@lococo.ph so we can make it right. All items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Please note that skincare, haircare, cosmetics and food items are final sale and cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
Refunds
A refund for the item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post a few days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
